Ramsgate Harbour
Ramsgate is located in the Isle of Thanet, east Kent. One of the great seaside towns in the 19th century, with a long history including membership of the ancient confederation of Cinque ports.
Kent is known as the 'Garden of England', but also boasts many miles of coastline stretching round from the Thames estuary to East Sussex. The coast line includes the famous white cliffs of Dover.
